About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to lead the management of our facilities across three operational sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of facilities, buildings, assets, and compliance activities within a growing business. Reporting to the Group Head of Safety & Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing contractor performance, delivering facilities projects, and ensuring statutory compliance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of facilities across three sites.
  • Develop, implement and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
  • Ensure all buildings, equipment, infrastructure and services are maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee facilities-related activities within the company management system, including contractor and asset records.
  • Manage the approved contractor process, ensuring contractors are competent, compliant and deliver value for money.
  • Source and manage external suppliers and contractors for maintenance, repairs, refurbishment projects, waste management and security services.
  • Lead facilities improvement projects, site upgrades and capital investment initiatives.
  • Monitor facilities expenditure, raise purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts and planned investment requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety, environmental, security and statutory requirements.
  • Support waste management and environmental compliance activities in line with ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Maintain accurate facilities records, inspections, certifications and compliance documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
