Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our modern school building opened in 2012 and has been well maintained, providing an excellent environment for pupils and staff. The school has capacity for 420 pupils from Reception to Year 6, with a private nursery also operating within the building.

We have a dedicated team of approximately 65 staff, working across a wide range of roles within the school. Our school meals and cleaning services are currently delivered by external providers, and the Facilities manager will play an important role in working effectively with these contractors and overseeing the standards of services provided.

The school site is busy and well used. The building is generally open from 7.00am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and is also used during school holiday periods, excluding Christmas, when an external holiday club operates from the premises.

There are also opportunities for the school to develop lettings outside normal school hours, generating additional income for the school. The successful candidate may therefore have opportunities to undertake additional opening and locking-up duties associated with lettings, subject to agreed arrangements.

We are proud of our inclusive Christian ethos and are committed to providing a safe, secure, welcoming and inspiring environment in which every child can flourish. The effective management and maintenance of our school site is an important part of achieving this.

We are now seeking to appoint an experienced, proactive, practical and highly organised Facilities manager to join our team. This is an important role within the school, with responsibility for ensuring that our buildings and grounds are safe, secure, well maintained and ready to support the needs of our pupils, staff and wider school community.
