Facilities Manager

Bristol | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | £Competitive

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a successful organisation undergoing a significant period of investment and change.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being highly visible within the business, taking ownership of workplace operations and driving exceptional standards across multiple office locations. You'll be responsible for creating safe, efficient and professional working environments while supporting a programme of building improvements and workplace enhancements. Flexibility is also key here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth running of facilities operations predominantly in Bristol, but also to other sites outside of Bristol.
  • Manage external suppliers, contractors and service partners to ensure consistently high standards.
  • Lead facilities projects and workplace improvements with minimal disruption to employees and visitors.
  • Drive compliance across health & safety, building services and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor budgets, service delivery and operational performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to a small facilities team.
  • Act as the key point of contact for workplace-related issues and improvements.
