Site Facilities Manager

Hampshire | Manufacturing / Engineering Site | Permanent

£50,000 + Bonus

Want to take full ownership of a site where your decisions will have a visible impact every day? We are recruiting a proactive Facilities Manager to take ownership of a busy engineering and manufacturing site in Hampshire.

The role

  • Manage day-to-day facilities across offices, workshop and shared areas.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers and outsourced FM services.
  • Coordinate maintenance, statutory inspections, PUWER and LOLER compliance.
  • Review RAMS, permits to work and support Health & Safety requirements.
  • Lead site improvement projects, security, access control and the Facilities team.

About you

  • Facilities, Building or Property Management experience.
  • Strong contractor and supplier management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety, RAMS, permits and compliance.
  • Manufacturing, engineering or industrial site experience is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, organised and practical, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A varied, hands-on role offering real ownership and visibility across the site.
