Facilities Manager

Based in our Cambridge (CB4 0FJ) office, this is an office-based role with responsibility for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Cambridge site. The role will also provide management oversight across our wider portfolio in London, Ipswich and Edinburgh, which will be managed remotely, with some occasional travel to these sites required.

At Sodexo, we’re passionate about our people. We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of corporate sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading operational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
