FACILITIES MANAGER

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next opportunity in a high-profile corporate environment?
ISS is looking for a confident and hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities services at HPE’s London office.
THE ROLE
You’ll provide visible on-site leadership, managing the facilities team and service partners while building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day service delivery across maintenance, cleaning, security and workplace support, ensuring services are safe, compliant, efficient and consistently delivered to a high standard.
This is a varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence the workplace experience, drive continuous improvement and deliver real value for both the client and ISS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day facilities operations across the HPE London office.
- Manage, coach and develop the on-site team, including multiple direct reports.
- Build strong relationships with HPE stakeholders, ISS colleagues, contractors and suppliers.
- Manage contractors and service partners, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.
- Monitor service performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices and cost control.
- Ensure statutory compliance, risk assessments, audits and operational records are maintained.
- Support business continuity and incident response, including participation in the on-call rota.
- Drive continuous improvement across service quality, efficiency, sustainability and workplace experience.
- Champion health, safety, environmental and ESG standards across the site.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven Facilities Management experience within a corporate office or complex workplace.
- Experience leading an on-site team with multiple direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and FM best practice.
- Proven contractor and service partner management experience.
- Budget management and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive, hands-on and solution-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and FM/workplace management systems.
- A recognised FM, Health & Safety or related qualification would be advantageous.
