As a Facilities Manager
As a Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the daily upkeep of facilities within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. This role ensures the smooth running of operations, keeping everything safe, functional, and ready for use.

Description
- Manage the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to deliver timely services and repairs.
- Monitor budgets and manage expenditure for facilities-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Oversee cleaning, security, and other essential services for the premises.
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Profile
A successful Facilities Manager should have:
- Experience in facilities management within a similar industry or environment.

Job Offer
