Laser Clinics

At Laser Clinics, we’re here to help more people feel confident in their own skin - for whatever life brings. Because real confidence is about feeling free to focus on your wants and not just your needs. It’s about feeling ready for the moments that matter. Since 2008, we’ve been helping clients spend less time on their at-home routine and more time on life. When there’s no need for daily hair removal and less time spent in front of the mirror, you’re free to do more and be more.

We’re experts in ready. We offer safe, medically backed treatments in the hands of highly trained Therapists, Cosmetic Registered Nurses, and Doctors. They provide results-driven solutions to complement (or condense) your routine and work around your schedule. Start with a complimentary consultation. Leave with a tailored treatment plan to be ready for life.

Primary Objective of the Role

The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities and maintenance across the Laser Clinics UK (LCUK) clinic network. The role owns the set-up and ongoing use of a new facilities management system, coordinates all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity, manages facilities budgets and supplier costs, and acts as the first point of contact for reactive facilities issues — working closely with Regional Managers, the Central Operations team and shopping centre management teams to keep every clinic safe, compliant and fully operational.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the set-up and roll-out of a new facilities management system across the clinic network.
  • Maintain a detailed, up-to-date tracker of all facilities and maintenance activity, using the system as the central source of truth.
  • Keep records accurate so activity, costs and outstanding actions are visible to the wider team at any time.
  • Manage the scheduling of all PPM visits across the LCUK clinic network.
  • Ensure every PPM visit is completed on time and in line with the specific needs of each clinic — this is a core measure of success in the role.
  • Monitor contractor performance and follow up promptly on any missed or delayed visits.
  • Manage facilities and maintenance budgets across the clinic network, tracking spend against forecast and flagging variances early.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best possible pricing without compromising quality, compliance or response times.
  • Review invoices, quotes and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure all facilities spend is properly accounted for.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reactive maintenance issues as they arise — for example leaks, power cuts and other urgent facilities faults — coordinating contractors and tracking issues through to resolution.
  • Liaise regularly with Regional Managers and the Central Operations team to align facilities activity with clinic and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with shopping centre management teams, ensuring LCUK meets its obligations as a tenant and resolving building-related issues promptly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
