Facilities Management Officer - Children’s Services (Lea Green Centre)

Grade 8 | Full Time | Includes evening & weekend working

Are you an organised, people-focused leader with experience in hospitality or facilities management? Do you thrive in a busy, customer-centred environment where no two days are the same?

Lea Green Centre is looking for a committed Facilities Management Officer to join our team and help deliver high-quality catering, domestic and support services across our vibrant outdoor education centre.

About The Role

As our Facilities Management Officer, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of catering, cleaning and domestic services, ensuring they meet quality standards and operate efficiently within set budgets. You will line-manage catering, cleaning and caretaking teams, providing clear direction, fair task allocation and supportive supervision.

Working closely with centre managers, visiting groups, staff and external partners, you’ll play a key role in keeping Lea Green running smoothly — from menu planning and allergen management to stock control, rotas, maintenance coordination and financial processes.
