Facilities Manager
Location: London
Contract: 1 month, likely extension
Start: ASAP
Salary: £20pph
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operational excellence and integrated facilities management services across a key corporate account.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise, build high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead the delivery of the FM strategy, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity
- Manage integrated facilities, hospitality, catering, and events services
- Lead HSSE, quality, compliance, sustainability, and performance management
- Build and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team
- Manage client relationships and act as a senior escalation point
- Own budgets, forecasting, P&L, and cost optimization initiatives
- Drive digital transformation, data analytics, and smart-building initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and workplace experience
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and strategic sourcing
- Champion sustainability, energy management, and environmental initiatives

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in corporate Facilities Management / Real Estate Services
- Experience managing complex, multi-regional operations
- Proven budget and P&L management experience, ideally across £5m+ annual operations
- Experience leading a team
- Strong commercial, financial, and supplier management skills
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of building systems, energy management, and sustainability
- Experience with major relocations, renovations, or change programs
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CFM, SFP, MRICS, PMP, or Six Sigma are desirable
