We are partnered with an ambitious technology company at the forefront of advanced industrial technologies and sustainable materials for critical sectors. During an exciting period of growth and expansion, they are seeking a Facilities, Logistics & Site Operations Manager to take full ownership of their operational infrastructure and help shape the future of the business.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering a major site relocation, ensuring seamless operational performance, managing complex logistics, overseeing suppliers and contractors, and maintaining compliance across the organisation. You will be responsible for creating the operational foundations that will support the company's long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a major site move and expansion project
- Manage day-to-day facilities and site operations
- Oversee logistics, inventory, and technical equipment movements
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement operational processes and best practices
- Support business growth by building scalable operational infrastructure

What We're Looking For
- Experience in facilities, operations, logistics, or site management
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ideally a background in lab, industrial, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external suppliers
