Facilities Manager
£50,000–£65,000 | London
A growing workspace operator is building a new model for facilities management: an AI platform that handles routine volume, and expert FM people who own everything it can't. If you're ambitious, organised, and think the industry is behind where it could be, read on.
The Setup
Our client operates premium managed workspace for a portfolio of commercial occupiers. A connected technology platform runs the operational backbone of the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch and reporting.
They're growing steadily across London and bringing a substantial number of new buildings onto their books over the coming year.
The Job
Report to the Head of Operations. Run day to day FM across your patch of buildings, using the platform as your operating system. Most FMs spend their week in inboxes and spreadsheets. Here, the platform absorbs the volume; you bring the judgment, and your input helps the system improve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
