About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:30 (flexibility required due to 24/7 operations as and when required)

We're looking for a motivated and approachable individual to join our team at a high-priority client site. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with both our teams to ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

You will work within our extensive Facilities Management team, responsible for the operational delivery of our soft services provision which includes, Specialist Industrial Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Pest Control, External Maintenance. You'll be supported by experienced Cleaning supervisors and Team Leaders, along with a knowledgeable and well-established team who are committed to delivering an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of soft services delivery model
  • Build positive working relationships with the client and site stakeholders.
  • Effective leadership and line management to ensure all systems, processes & procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and health & safety.
  • Monitor performance and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.
  • Assist with planning staff cover, resources, and daily priorities.
  • Promote a positive team culture and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Respond professionally to any incidents or client requests

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a busy environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, industrial cleaning, or a similar operational role is desirable.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Confidence in leading teams and working collaboratively
