We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Operations & Performance Lead to join the Facilities Management and Workplace Services function of a leading organisation.
The role combines FM performance reporting, workplace planning, project coordination, systems and process improvement, governance and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing FM reporting and MI, coordinating workplace changes and supporting projects, while also helping to improve systems, processes and data quality across the Facilities function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage FM scorecards and reporting cycles
- Produce regular MI reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Identify trends, risks and performance improvement opportunities
- Coordinate workplace moves, churn and space changes
- Support the delivery of workplace projects
- Work with stakeholders to plan and implement workplace changes
- Support CAFM system improvements and enhancement requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, automation and data quality
- Coordinate communications relating to workplace changes and service updates
- Support governance, incident reporting and business continuity activities
- Coordinate the review and update of FM policies and procedures
- Maintain document control and support audit readiness
- Assist with presentations, reporting materials, meetings and governance packs
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Facilities function

About You
We are looking for an experienced FM or workplace professional with strong analytical, organisational and coordination skills.
You will ideally have:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting and dashboards
- Experience using a CAFM system such as ServiceNow or an equivalent
- Experience producing MI, performance reports or scorecards
- Experience consolidating and analysing data from multiple sources
- Good knowledge of Facilities Management operations across Hard and/or Soft FM
- Experience supporting workplace moves, churn or space planning
- An understanding of process documentation and improvement
- Awareness of H&S, compliance and risk processes within a workplace environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools, workplace utilisation systems, system enhancement projects, governance processes and document control would be advantageous.
