Description
At Vintage.com, we’re building the most trusted platform for pre-loved items. We help people give valuable things a new life, making the experience simple, transparent and rewarding.
We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.
Our Facilities Team helps create a safe, welcoming and well-maintained workplace where everyone can do their best work. Based at our Leeds sites, the team supports colleagues and works closely with all teams across the business to maintain clean, hygienic and organised communal, operational and staff spaces.
As a Facilities Operative (Cleaning), you’ll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone working at or visiting our Overland Park site.
You’ll take care of workspaces, communal areas, restrooms, kitchens and other shared spaces, making sure they are cleaned, stocked and ready to use throughout the working day.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll spend much of your day moving around the site, cleaning different areas and responding when something needs attention. You’ll often work independently, so we’ll trust you to organise your day, maintain high standards and raise issues when you spot them.
The work you do has a direct impact on everyone on site. By keeping our workplaces clean, hygienic and well cared for, you’ll help create an environment where colleagues can work safely and comfortably.
The late-shift works: 3pm–11pm with a salary of £26,250 plus a late-shift allowance.
- Workspaces, communal areas, restrooms and kitchens are consistently clean, hygienic and well presented.

- Stock levels are monitored and shortages are raised before they affect day-to-day cleaning.
- Cleaning, maintenance or safety issues are spotted early and reported to the right person.
- Colleagues receive a friendly, reliable facilities service and can use shared spaces safely and comfortably.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
