This is more than just moving parcels – it’s about supporting people, creating comfortable spaces, and ensuring our offices run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our facilities Management team, helping colleagues across the business and contributing to a positive, safe environment.

Summary Of Duties

  • Delivering mail and parcels with care and accuracy.

  • Assisting with fire evacuations and seasonal plans like Winter Management.
  • Performing light maintenance tasks and repairs – no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Health & Safety activities, including fire procedures, evacuations, site inspections, first aid and security arrangements.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and hospitality requirements across Facilities-managed sites.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, parcels, courier services and special deliveries.
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with office inspections, ID card administration, Facilities Helpdesk activities and other Facilities-related duties.

Why you’ll love this role

  • Team spirit: You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team that values collaboration.
  • Variety: From helping with events to ensuring our spaces look great, every day brings something new.
  • Impact: Your work helps colleagues feel safe, comfortable, and ready to do their best.
  • Training and development: We’ll provide guidance and opportunities to learn new skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
