We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join an expanding project delivery team, with one position covering the North and one covering the South of England.
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of building, engineering and refurbishment projects across a large, multi-site estate. Working within your allocated region, you’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, typically valued between £5,000 and £150,000, including HVAC and building services upgrades, asset replacements, fit-outs, refurbishments and general building alterations.
This is a varied role combining project delivery, governance and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, contractors and supply chain partners to take projects from initial scope through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial scoping through to completion and handover.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into clearly defined project scopes and delivery plans.
- Develop and implement project plans in line with agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Manage a high volume of projects with individual values typically ranging from £5k to £150k.
- Oversee projects across HVAC, M&E, building fabric, fit-out, refurbishment, asset replacement and general building works.
- Maintain effective project governance, reporting, documentation and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, senior stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and project delivery teams.
- Manage and monitor contractors and supply chain partners to ensure effective project delivery.
- Allocate resources and workloads effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide leadership and support to junior project team members.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in accordance with relevant processes and standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

A technical or trade background would be advantageous, particularly if you have progressed into project or management positions, but this is not essential.
