Overview

We're looking for a Facilities Services Assistant to join our Facilities Team to help maintain our Leeds office running smoothly, safely and professionally every day.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our office. You'll support the day-to-day delivery of facilities services, respond to colleague and visitor needs, and help create a welcoming, well-organised working environment.

Working closely with the wider Facilities Team, you'll get involved in a broad range of building operations, including office set-up, project works, supplier selection, meeting room support, health and safety, building maintenance compliance, physical security, and general facilities requests.

As the Facilities Services Assistant, you will:

  • Support the Facilities Services Manager to make sure contractor work is completed safely, on time, within budget and in line with agreed standards.
  • Help plan and oversee office moves, ensuring they are well organised and cause minimal disruption.
  • Work with the Facilities Technician on maintenance tasks when required.
  • Support with the management of building security including access control, CCTV and key management.
  • Assist with regular health and safety audits and building inspections, resolving or raising any issues quickly with the Facilities Services Manager.
  • Help keep facilities services running smoothly each day, making sure equipment and plant are maintained to a good standard and any maintenance is completed within agreed timescales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
