Role Overview
A Facilities Manager will take responsibility for maintaining, repairing and supporting all utilities, facilities, buildings and services for an established Technology Company at their medium sized site, south of Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be hands-on across a wide range of building services
- Be a qualified electrician (ideally)
- Confident in taking on refurbishment projects and managing a small team
Job Details

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal Facilities Manager will bring:
- Experience of Managing a medium sized site
- Knowledge of H&S Compliance, buildings and fire regulations etc.
- Electrician qualification (ideally) together with a good understanding and experience of building services systems such as heating systems, HVAC, fire safety and security systems
- The ability to maintain site records and manage a small team
- Experience of overseeing varied maintenance and installation projects
- Willingness to take on a range of projects such as refurbishment or building conversion
