We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Supervisor to join an amazing business on a permanent basis in South Manchester.
This hands-on Facilities Supervisor role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities across a handful of Manchester sites – a full, clean driving license is required. You'll manage a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards are maintained across all sites, as well as coordinate maintenance activities, facilities requests, and external contractors.

About The Job
- Coordinate facilities activities, maintenance works, and site inspections predominantly across Manchester sites – there will be occasional input to other UK sites.
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Manage external contractors and coordinate maintenance works.
- Manage facilities requests, track actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and landlords, obtaining quotations and coordinating works.
- Maintain facilities records, compliance documentation, and contractor information.
- Support facilities projects, improvement initiatives, and operational site standards.

About You
- Experience managing or supervising a team, ideally within cleaning or facilities.
- Experience managing external contractors and suppliers.
- Experience coordinating facilities services, maintenance, or site operations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between company sites.
