Facilities Supervisor | Oxford | Up to £40,000
Our client, a leading law firm based in Oxford, is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with facilities, workplace, office services, or building operations experience who is ready to take on more responsibility within a professional and supportive environment.
The role will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of office facilities
- Supervising and supporting the local Facilities team
- Managing and coordinating contractors and service providers
- Supporting health & safety requirements and maintaining high workplace standards
- Acting as a key point of contact for facilities-related issues
- Supporting building maintenance, office services, and wider facilities projects
- Liaising with colleagues across other office locations when required
