CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor

What You’ll Do

  • Report into the Regional Facilities Manager
  • Supervise works on the London, Isle of Man & Gunfleet Sands site. Based from Central London 5 days a week
  • To ensure the fabric of the building both externally and internally is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets using suppliers or onsite engineer.
  • To be responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite, including that of third party service providers and maintenance records. This includes ensuring Elogbooks and Synergy is regularly updated and monitored in accordance with all the Health and Safety requirements.
  • To supervise Facilities coordinators & Reception team on site to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with the agreed contract
  • Preparation, control and monitoring of the service agreement in accordance with the client’s budgetary agreement
  • Regular monitoring of the key performance indicators and taking remedial action as applicable to ensure the required standards are maintained and constantly improved for the full range of buildings
  • To compile and maintain all required information/records relating to company, health and safety and other related records. This includes asset register, emergency plans and all related records to feed management reports
  • To further develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of service in relation to their operational needs and attend client meetings as applicable.
  • Supervise on site tasks ensure PPM’s are booked in and extra works are completed within the SLA
  • Keep on top of all work orders and their job sheets ensuring the team is motivated to meet deadlines
  • Raise PO’s on Coupa PPM & EW
  • Ensure PO’s are invoiced in a timely manner and the invoice pool is clear
  • Chase OPO’s
  • Maintain supplier relationships
  • To monitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.
  • Any other duties as in accordance with the needs of the business
