Facilities Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Support to work at Maudsley Hospital for the Facilities Department, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader.
The successful applicant will have good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You will communicate with patients, carers, and visitors as well as SLAM staff and health professionals. The post holder will be comfortable with IT and be keen to learn new software packages and processes.
This is a challenging role, driving Trust vehicles, delivering post and laundry around the sites, collection of general, confidential, and clinical waste, also completing small-scale furniture moves

About the Role
To help provide a front line fully comprehensive, professional, and courteous Facilities service for the stakeholders of the Site and Community Sites
As part of the Site’s facilities team, the postholder supports the delivery of hotel services, waste disposal, and collection and delivery of equipment and clinical items.
The post holder will work Monday – Friday 0900-1700,
This role is primarily aimed at providing a service at Maudsley Hospital
The Maudsley Hospital is located in Southwark, the nearest train station is Denmark Hill with excellent transport links from central London,
