Main Responsibilities
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors, including making visitor drinks;
- Ordering and on-site collection of supplies and deliveries;
- Booking and greeting contractors for minor works;
- Kitchen housekeeping including stock replenishment, loading/unloading dishwashers and coffee machine maintenance;
- Other general office maintenance including stationery maintenance, maintaining plants, changing light bulbs, etc;
- Assistance with events coordination including some manual handling such as room furniture set up.
- Assistance with incoming post – scanning and distribution;
- Various other minor admin tasks such as photocopying, franking of outgoing post and printing labels and signs (using Microsoft Word and basic spreadsheets using Excel skills);
- Assisting the firm in maintaining its recycling, Health & Safety and risk management policies and procedures.

Education and Qualifications
- Good use of English written and spoken
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
Experience
- Great at organizing tasks and workload priorities.
- Adaptable and tenacious when working towards a solution.
- A good collaborator and develop relationships with people at all levels of the firm and with external service providers.
- A strong multitasker able to manage several different tasks to completion in a timely manner.
