Facilities Team Leader

As Facilities Team Leader, you will lead a diverse team delivering essential services across 2 hospital sites. From portering, cleaning, catering, and waste management, your leadership will ensure a smooth and safe environment for colleagues, patients, and visitors.

You will be the first line of management, coordinating rotas, resources, and service standards while fostering a culture of professionalism and care.
