Are you an experienced facilities professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality services within a healthcare environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Facilities Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover.
In this rewarding role, you will lead and coordinate catering and cleaning services, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Working closely with Clinical Leads, Ward Managers, and the wider Facilities Team, you will ensure compliance with national cleaning standards, food safety requirements, and Trust policies.

About You
You will be a confident team leader with experience supervising staff in a cleaning, catering, facilities, or housekeeping environment. You will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be comfortable working under pressure, and have the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
