At Louma Country Hotels, we are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding facilities and maintenance. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Facilities Technician / Attendant to join our Facilities team and play an essential role in maintaining the high standard market-leading operation of the Hotel’s building, equipment, machinery, utility services, and infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, teamwork, and delivering excellence behind the scenes.
About the Role
As a Facilities Technician / Attendant, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively keeping the whole site operational to maintain the highest guest experience. You will support the Facilities Team in addressing real-time requirements for repairs and maintenance whilst also liaising and coordinating with approved third parties for their involvement.

Key Responsibilities
Facilities
- Undertake external and internal repairs, decoration, and maintenance / servicing duties as required.
- Replacement of consumables such as bulbs, batteries.
- Maintain associated records from duties for requirements and actions related to maintenance, tidiness / efficiency, housekeeping, and Health & Safety.
- Support in maintenance of all roads, tracks, and paths in a prime operational and aesthetic condition for functionality and Guests.
- Duty of care use of equipment, resources, machinery, and tools as per recommendations and ensure their organised storing, cleaning, and maintenance as an asset.
- Support in the monitoring of utilities and services to the site, including but not limited to:
- Liaise and organise sub-contractors as per Policies to ensure compliance and efficient satisfaction of site projects / contracts with little or no impact on guest services.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Technically minded with experience in a building or maintenance trade.
- Physically fit and energetic who is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and attentive to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork to work as part of a team in a busy environment and to accept responsibility individually.
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods.
