Facilities & Venue Support Assistant (Festive Temporary Contract)
Location: Founders Hall, Manchester City Centre
Position Type: Part Time, Full Time, Seasonal

Description
This is a temporary position starting around 4th November and running until approximately 6th January 2027. Shifts will include evenings, weekends and busy event dates. We’re looking for a Facilities & Venue Support Assistant to join our hard-working team at Founders Hall in Manchester City Centre over the festive season. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our venue clean, safe and welcoming for guests, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations during our busiest time of year.

What a Facilities & Venue Support Assistant Does
- Maintain restroom facilities to a high standard, checking and replenishing toilet rolls, soap, and bins throughout service
- Keep public and guest areas clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
- Support the Front of House team with glass collecting, table clearing, topping up drink stock fridges, and maintaining overall venue presentation
- Assist the Back of House team with cleaning duties and dishwashing
- Take pride in the cleanliness and presentation of the venue, ensuring guests always have a great experience
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure Founders Hall runs smoothly during peak festive events
About You
- You’re reliable, proactive, and have a great eye for detail
- You take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever needed
- Experience in hospitality or cleaning is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- You’re flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts during the festive season
