Job Summary
As the Facilities Workplace Manager, you will serve as one of the operational anchors for our London workplace, ensuring an exceptional, seamless environment for employees, visitors, and leadership. Reporting directly to the Senior Director for International Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in driving workplace excellence across physical operations, space planning, vendor management, and internal events. Your impact directly enhances daily business continuity, employee productivity, and the overall workplace experience.

What You’ll Do
- Drive full-spectrum workplace operations, maintaining high standards across facilities administration, reception, amenities, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
- Serve as the key liaison to landlord managing agents, subtenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery and optimal commercial value.
- Oversee end-to-end management of internal events and amenities, including catering, stock management, presentation, and space setups.
- Spearhead health and safety compliance, managing DSE software, risk assessments, statutory training, and first-aider coverage in accordance with local regulations.
- Direct internal office moves, alterations, and minor construction, leveraging CADM move management software to maintain precise seating plans and occupancy reports.
- Support financial operations through the management of requisitions, purchase orders, property-related invoices, rate demands, and lease queries.
- Lead incident management protocols and provide ongoing operational and administrative support for regional international offices.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong track record of managing facilities operations, vendor relationships, and health & safety compliance within a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience coordinating internal office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and small-scale project works.
- Proficiency in facilities technology, including move management systems (CADM or equivalent), software tools, and standard productivity platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining physical office infrastructure and high-standard workplace presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills with a strong client-service mindset.
- NEBOSH certification, AutoCAD familiarity, or experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a distinct advantage.
