The Role
As a Factory Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched to a high standard.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions
- Operating production machinery (full training provided)
- Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
- Performing quality checks to maintain production standards
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential)
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- The ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- A willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures
