Factory Operative - Witham, Essex

Your Responsibilities Of Factory Operative Will Include
- Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions
- Operating production machinery (full training provided)
- Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
- Performing quality checks to maintain production standards
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential)
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- The ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- A willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures

Hours And Pay
- Mon-Fri
- 07:30-16:30
- Early finish every Friday
- Full-Time
- Weekly pay through Prime Appointments
- Ongoing temporary work with the opportunity to become long-term
- Free on-site parking
- Full training provided
