We are recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Witham. The company specialises in the manufacture of high-quality windows and associated products, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a manufacturing environment.

Duties Of The Factory Operative
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Basic machine operation
- Measuring materials accurately
- Assembly of products
- Using a range of hand tools
- Carrying out quality control checks
- General production duties as required
- Following company health & safety procedures

Requirements
- Previous manufacturing and production experience required
- Able to use basic hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual work
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Safety boots are required
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
