Factory Operative - Temp to Perm
Location: Duxford
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are working with a leading food manufacturer in Duxford who are looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in food manufacturing, with the chance to upskill and expand their knowledge across production and warehousing.
Please note: Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Duties Of The Factory Operative
- Washing and preparing products
- Running and assisting on the production line
- Packing finished products
- Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
- Palletising finished products
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
- Operating an FLT after appropriate training
- Supporting other areas of the business when required
The Ideal Factory Operative
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Looking for a long-term Temp to Perm opportunity
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
