£12.71 per hour | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start Available
Prime Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a well-established market-leading manufacturer based in Witham, Essex. We are looking for an experienced Factory Operative to join their production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous factory or production experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive manufacturing environment. The company offers ongoing training, career progression opportunities, and the chance to secure a permanent position.

Factory Operative Duties
As a Factory Operative, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Loading and unloading production machinery
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Measuring and assembling products to specification
- Using a variety of hand tools during the production process
- Supporting general production and housekeeping duties as required
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working within a factory or production environment
- An understanding of quality control processes
- The ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay, Hours & Benefits
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- On-site parking
- Holiday pay
