We are looking for a Factory Operative to work on a Fixed Term Contract at the Wedgwood factory, located in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be an experienced and competent ceramic manufacturing operative and will be required to work on our iconic Jasper product. The key skill required for this position is sponging.
About You, Our Perfect Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Be approachable and friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Be willing to learn additional skills.
Hours of Work
Total 38 per week, working Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.06 (with 15 mins flexi time either side) and Friday 07.30 to 15.06 (with no flexi time).
Please note that this is a fixed term contract (FTC) until 30 October 2026.
Applicants will be required to perform a trade test as part of our recruitment process.
