SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Receive, produce, and fill paints or powder according to the daily production schedule and ensure the products are made and filled according to HSEQ requirements.

To meet current and forecasted customer requirements, the operation must maintain sufficient resources across manufacturing.

Our operational objectives include:

  • Delivering an On Time In Full (OTIF) service level of 97%.
  • Supporting and managing 2.1 million litres of finished goods inventory within the Finished Goods Warehouse (FGWH).
  • Increasing production output to align with growing sales volumes and customer demand.
  • Maintaining safe, efficient, and sustainable operations while minimizing service risks.

Current labour resource levels are heavily reliant on temporary support. While this has provided short-term flexibility, the ongoing demand profile demonstrates a sustained need for permanent resource rather than temporary cover.

The remaining positions will be filled through external recruitment to ensure the site reaches the required headcount to support future growth and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce paints to correct quality as stated in Work Instruction.
  • Fill approved paints according to Work instructions.
  • Take initiative to improve daily tasks/topics.
  • Use IT tools available at the work center.
  • Participate actively in ongoing improvement works on site, like 5S and ODM.
  • Follow internal and external rules/procedures and follow Jotun’s values.
  • Perform daily tasks according to SOPs/OPLs within the relevant area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
