Factory Worker - Needham Market, Suffolk
£13ph | Monday-Friday | 06:00-15:00 | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for Factory Workers / Labourers to join a busy manufacturing site on the outskirts of Needham Market, Suffolk.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding role working across both the factory and yard. No interview is required, and successful candidates can start immediately on an initial trial basis, with the opportunity for long-term work for those who perform well.

The Role
- Pouring materials into moulds
- Preparing and moving products around the site
- Making timber frames
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- General labouring duties
- Sweeping and maintaining the yard
- Working alongside colleagues across the factory and yard
- Following health & safety procedures
- Regular manual handling
What We're Looking For
- Previous labouring, factory worker or production experience is beneficial
- Experience using hand/power tools
- Construction or building experience would be an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Own transport is required due to the location

What's On Offer
- Immediate start
- £13 per hour
- Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00
- Overtime available during the week and weekends at enhanced rates
- Opportunity for a pay increase after probation
