Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Factory Worker role based in Bilsthorpe. The Factory Worker will support day-to-day production activities, including packing products, operating machinery safely and efficiently, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks as required.

- Following production schedules
- Handling materials
- Monitoring product quality
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working as part of a team to meet productivity targets
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Reporting any issues or defects promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to perform packing tasks accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience or willingness to learn machine operation in a production or factory environment.
- Understanding of basic quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.
- Experience with forklift operation and safe material handling is beneficial.
- Basic maintenance skills or aptitude for supporting routine equipment checks.
- Reliable, safety-conscious approach with the ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; previous experience in manufacturing or food production is an advantage.
