FACTORY FLOOR SUPPORT – FULL-TIME £12.71 (PERM)
We are recruiting for a Factory Floor Support Operative to join a busy, modern manufacturing environment.
This is an entry-level position with full training provided, so previous factory experience is not essential. We’re looking for someone reliable, practical, and willing to learn.
Hours
- Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm
Overtime
- Available

Training
- Full on-the-job training provided
Parking
- Free onsite parking
The role will involve:
- Preparing materials and jobs for production
- Moving finished work between production areas
- Stock and pallet management
- Packing, labelling, wrapping, and preparing goods for despatch
- General factory floor support and housekeeping
- Assisting machine operators and other departments
- Learning to operate production machinery following training
