This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within our Content Division.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide full PA support to the Head of Documentaries and Factual, diary support to two Commissioning Editors, and admin support to the whole team (currently 4 people).
  • Be responsible for proactive diary management for 3 individuals – seamlessly organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly changing diaries. Booking all meeting rooms and external venues, booking in visitors, and organising refreshments.
  • Attend and minute key meetings as required, organising occasional onsite and offsite departmental events.
  • Support team with presentation prep (Excel, Powerpoint), including getting clips and graphics together.
  • Maintain the team's Airtable records, ensuring submissions, project information and statuses are accurate, up to date and well organised.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the Sky Factual inbox, ensuring submissions are acknowledged promptly and managed in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Prepare presentation materials and collate information from Airtable and relevant internal teams to support meetings and events
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to provide support to the team.
  • Respond to enquiries and requests; ensuring all client and key contact enquiries are handled efficiently, effectively and sensitively. Deal with cold call enquiries, seek answers and resolve matters personally where appropriate. Acting as an effective conduit to the team.
  • For Head of: provide professional and effective administrative support – including processing expenses, booking travel and conference attendance – registration, travel and accommodation. Arrange frequent domestic travel, flights, rail and taxi’s.
  • Act as a delegate to Director for Sky’s internal systems including Ariba (invoicing), Spark (IT) and Sky Life (HR) for all administrative functions required (i.e. approvals and requests)
  • Provide assistance, onboarding support and order equipment for new starters, as and when required.

  • A confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can do attitude, working together to create a successful team.
