The Role

At London Business School, you play a vital role in enabling world-class teaching and research.

As a Faculty Governance and Support Advisor, you keep faculty operations running seamlessly — coordinating governance, managing key processes, and delivering accurate reporting that supports decision-making at the highest level.

You’re organised, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in improving processes and delivering with precision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end faculty teaching evaluation process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage and support faculty governance and committee activity, including meetings, papers, and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain faculty data, reports, and management information for decision-making and external requirements
  • Coordinate faculty professional development and engagement activities, including communications and events
  • Provide operational and administrative support across faculty-related processes and planning
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, building relationships and ensuring clear, professional communication

Who We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience in an operational, governance, faculty support, HR administration, or business support role within a complex and fast-paced organisation.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex administrative processes involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting committee administration, governance activity, and senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Experience preparing reports, management information, and data analysis using spreadsheets and reporting systems.
  • Experience managing or coordinating end-to-end operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of working collaboratively across teams and building effective relationships with senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
