About the role

A highly developed ability to identify and tell compelling stories through a variety of mediums is important in this role, bringing to life authentic accounts of what it is like to study at a world-leading engineering institution in the heart of London.

Our Marketing team helps Imperial attract the very best students from around the world, supporting prospective students throughout their decision-making journey through engaging content, digital experiences and targeted recruitment activity.

Working closely with the Faculty Marketing and Recruitment Manager, academic departments and central Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA) teams, you will plan, coordinate, create and optimise content that supports the recruitment of undergraduate and postgraduate students across the Faculty of Engineering.

You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing student-facing marketing channels, including course and subject pages, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and aligned to prospective student needs. From creating student and alumni profiles to supporting the delivery of major content, campaign and digital projects, you will help showcase the Faculty's teaching, research, student experience and graduate outcomes to audiences around the world.

You will be responsible for managing multiple content and marketing projects simultaneously, working with a wide range of stakeholders across the Faculty and central teams. We are looking for someone who combines strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
