About the Role
Strathclyde Business School is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join as Faculty Officer (Strategic Planning) for a 12-month fixed term maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Faculty Manager and Faculty Executive Team, you will play a key role in supporting the School's strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
- You will coordinate the annual planning cycle, monitor key performance indicators, support major strategic projects, undertake analysis and benchmarking activities, and provide high-quality reports and recommendations to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for an individual ideally with experience of working within a university environment, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. You will be a confident communicator with strong report-writing skills and a passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

Job Details
- The post is offered at 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week). The work pattern can be flexible and will be negotiated with the successful candidate, although on-campus working will be required.
- Please note that the University are unable to provide sponsorship for this post.
