We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and compassionate member of support staff to join our pastoral and safeguarding team. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a school or alternative educational setting and a strong understanding of the pastoral needs of children and young people.

The role of a Family and Multi-Agency Liaison Officer is varied, where no two days are the same, it is essential therefore that the successful candidate must be able to use their initiative, have high levels of self-reflection and a commitment to their growing professional development, energy and resilience. We are looking for a member of staff who is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. At Gorsemoor, you will be working within a friendly team and building strong relationships with families, so the ability to work collaboratively is essential.
