Family Care Programme Advisor (HR)
Salary: £DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Location: Client site based in the Farringdon/Blackfriars area of London
This is an office-based role with flexibility of working from home 1 day per week.

Purpose of the Role
- Provide expert support and guidance across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
- Manage complex parenting leave cases, ensuring accurate advice, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver high-quality case management and programme support.
- Drive continuous improvement, maintain programme resources, and support key Family Care initiatives across the EMEA region.

We are recruiting a Family Care Programme Advisor to join one of our clients within the financial services sector. Based on-site in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employees, managers, and HR teams with highly complex family-related leave cases across a global workforce spanning more than 20 countries.

As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on a broad range of leave policies and programmes, including maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, carers' leave, and other family-related benefits.
Navigating varying legislative requirements, company policies, and cultural considerations across multiple regions, you will ensure employees receive consistent, accurate, and compassionate support throughout their leave journey.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide expert support across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
- Manage complex parenting leave cases and policy queries across multiple countries.
- Ensure accurate case management, compliance, and timely resolution of escalations.
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders to support employees and improve the programme.
- Maintain EMEA resources, support projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Essential / Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Essential:
- EMEA HR advisory experience, including complex and sensitive case management
- Knowledge of EMEA leave policies and multi-country HR processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or a relevant degree)
- Desirable:
- Experience supporting EMEA-wide projects
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
