About the Role
We are looking for an experienced EMEA Family Care Programme Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality, specialist support across our regional Family Care Programme. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR advisory experience, exceptional case-management skills, and the confidence to navigate complex, multi-country parenting leave policies.

What You’ll Do
- To deliver expert, high-quality support across the EMEA Family Care Programme
- Act as the primary specialist for complex parenting cases, country specific policy interpretation, and advisory guidance across EMEA
- Conduct in depth fact finding and policy interpretation to support employees navigating non-standard or cross country specifications
- Ensure accurate and timely case management while maintaining comprehensive case notes, evidence, timelines, and compliance documentation
- Manage escalations ensuring timely, accurate, and supportive resolution
- Ensure compliance and timely escalation of high-level cases to FCP Lead
- Act with a high level of discretion, autonomy, and professional judgement when handling sensitive cases
- Provides guidance, mentoring, and escalation support to the admin function
- Where appropriate, partner with wider HCM e.g. MLOA, BP, and Wellness teams to resolve complex cases
- Partner with wider HR teams on cross functional initiatives
- Facilitate ongoing stakeholder engagement activities
- Support the FCP Lead on programme-wide initiatives
- Support annual programme activities, process improvements, and regional projects
- Support FCP Lead with continuous improvement of cross region processes, flagging operational opportunities
- Own the content and accuracy of all EMEA resources

What You’ll Bring
- Strong EMEA HR advisory background with experience managing sensitive and complex cases
- Experience in supporting EMEA wide projects
- Knowledge of EMEA wide leave requirements
- Experience working within a large corporate environment in a fast-paced setting is a must
- Confidence supporting multi-country HR processes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
