About the Role
Join a respected Family Law team handling a broad range of public and private Children Law matters on behalf of a diverse client base.
- Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, advising on Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption matters and Private Children Law cases.
- Represent clients throughout proceedings, delivering expert legal advice, strong advocacy and an exceptional standard of client care.

Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Children Panel Solicitors with between 3 and 5 years PQE who hold current Children Panel Accreditation and have significant experience across both public and private Children Law matters.
