Children Panel Solicitor, 3:5 Years' PQE, Bedford / Hybrid Working, Salary DOE

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm with an established Family Law team. Offering high quality childcare work, flexible hybrid working and genuine career progression, this is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Children Lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team.

About the Role

The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of public and private Children Law matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, working with minimal supervision.

  • Handle a broad range of matters including Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption matters and Private Children Law cases.
  • Represent clients throughout proceedings, providing expert legal advice, strong advocacy and exceptional client care.

Requirements

Applications are welcomed from Children Panel Solicitors with between 3 and 5 years PQE and current Children Panel Accreditation.

  • The successful candidate will possess significant experience across both public and private children matters, together with excellent advocacy, communication and client relationship skills.
