Stay Connected Family Time is proud to be the preferred provider for Buckinghamshire Family Time Service, working in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council to deliver high-quality, child-centred contact services across the county.
As demand for our services continues to grow, we are now looking to recruit additional Family Contact Support Workers based in and around High Wycombe to join our expanding team from November 2026. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and families, helping children maintain safe, meaningful relationships with the people who matter most to them.
💡 The Role
Family Contact Support Worker
You will:
- Supervise and support child-centred family time sessions
- Promote safe, positive, and nurturing interactions between children and family members
- Complete clear, professional session records and reports
- Support centre and community-based sessions across High Wycombe and surrounding areas
- Occasionally assist with transporting children to and from contact sessions where required

🌍 Who We're Looking For
- Individuals based in or near High Wycombe
- Driving is essential with access to a vehicle and business insurance
- Enhanced DBS in place or willingness to obtain one
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Reliable, compassionate, professional, and child-focused individuals
- Experience in social care, family support, education, youth work, childcare, safeguarding, or related fields is desirable but not essential
