We are looking for a highly organised, reliable, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support across both family/personal matters and business responsibilities.
This is a varied and trusted role, working closely with the family and business leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to manage day-to-day organisation, coordinate appointments and schedules, arrange travel and bookings, handle correspondence, and assist with both personal and business-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
- Arrange travel, hotels, restaurants, events, and other bookings.
- Assist with personal and family administration and day-to-day arrangements.
- Support business-related administration, correspondence, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, professional advisers, and other contacts.
- Assist with invoices, expenses, documents, and general administration.
- Coordinate deliveries, purchases, appointments, and ad-hoc requests.
- Keep track of important dates, deadlines, renewals, and commitments.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Family Assistant or similar role would be advantageous.
Role Details
- Position: Part-time Personal Assistant
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Working Arrangement: 2 days working from the office, with the remaining hours working from home
- Location: South Ruislip
- Salary: Dependent on Experience
